General Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, you can request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
To get started, please email us at support@cognitiveradiantcraft.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We’ll reply with instructions and a return authorization number. Please note: items sent back without authorization may not be accepted.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery may not be accepted.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days once your return has been received and inspected.
We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange if the item does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
Return Shipping
When your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with clear instructions for shipping your item back.
ELIGIBLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Special-order or custom products
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Gift cards
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
Condition of Items
Unless the item was damaged upon delivery, all returned products must be in new, unused, and saleable condition with original packaging and tags attached.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, minus shipping and handling fees, unless otherwise stated.
If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit may be provided at our discretion.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.
